Online store WALL CALENDARS.EE<\/a> (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is owned by Print Online O\u00dc (registration code: 17097601), located at: Tuukri p\u00f5ik 3, Tallinn, Estonia.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information<\/strong><\/p>\n

The terms and conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the Online Store.<\/p>\n

The prices of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price.<\/p>\n

The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.<\/p>\n

Information about the product is provided in the Online Store directly next to the product.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Order processing<\/strong><\/p>\n

To order goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate delivery method for the products. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or other payment solution.<\/p>\n

The Agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to be paid into the Online Store's bank account.<\/p>\n

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock shortages or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will generally be refunded within 3-5 business days. Depending on the payment method, receipt may take up to 7 business days.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n

Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia<\/p>\n

The buyer bears the shipping costs of the goods and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.<\/p>\n

Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.<\/p>\n

In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within up to 60 calendar days.<\/p>\n

If the Online Store has informed the buyer on the website or in the order confirmation about delivery problems and a deadline exceeding 60 calendar days, the deadline published by the Online Store applies.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n

After receiving the order, the buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days, as the goods are made taking into account the buyer's personal needs (adding their own design to the product).<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.<\/p>\n

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the consumer any costs that exceed the costs associated with the standard delivery method.<\/p>\n

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Right to file a claim<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the Buyer that already existed at the time of delivery of the goods and that becomes apparent within one year from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer. During the first month from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the goods. It is the Online Store's obligation to rebut this presumption.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months of discovering a defect by sending an email to garantii@seinakalendrid.ee or by calling: + (372) 555 22 425.<\/p>\n

The online store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the goods have been delivered due to the consumer's actions or inaction (incorrect use, accident, etc.) or if the item is subject to normal wear and tear due to normal use.<\/p>\n

If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees incurred under the sales contract to the buyer.<\/p>\n

The online store will respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Dispute resolution<\/strong><\/p>\n

If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent by e-mail to vaidused@seinakaledrid.ee or by phone: + (372) 555 22 425.<\/p>\n

If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. You can review the procedural terms and submit an application. here<\/a>. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer's complaint by the Committee is free of charge.<\/p>\n
