What personal data is processed?

  • − name, telephone number and e-mail address;

  • − delivery address of the goods;

  • − bank account number;

  • − cost of goods and services and payment-related data (purchase history);

  • − customer support data.

For what purpose is personal data processed?

Personal data is used to manage customer orders and deliver goods.

Purchase history data (purchase date, product, quantity, customer data) is used to compile an overview of purchased goods and services, analyze customer preferences, and, among other things, resolve consumer disputes.

The bank account number is used to refund payments to the customer.

Personal data such as email, phone number, customer name are processed to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services (customer support). Email is also used to send invoices and phone number is used to notify the parcel terminal of the goods that have arrived.

The IP address or other network identifiers of the online store user are processed to provide the online store as an information society service and to produce web usage statistics.

Legal basis

Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded with the customer (management of customer orders, delivery, return of goods and payments).

The processing of personal data takes place to fulfill a legal obligation (e.g. accounting).

The processing of personal data is necessary due to the legitimate interest of the controller, which consists of collecting purchase history data for the purpose of resolving potential consumer disputes.

Recipients to whom personal data is transferred

The name, telephone number and email address are forwarded to the transport service provider chosen by the customer. If the goods are delivered by courier, the customer's address is also forwarded in addition to the contact details.

If the online store's accounting is carried out by a service provider, personal data will be transferred to the service provider for accounting purposes.

Personal data may be transferred to information technology service providers if this is necessary to ensure the functionality of the online store or data hosting.

Security and data access

Personal data is stored on Hostinger servers located in a member state of the European Union or a country that is a party to the European Economic Area.

Access to personal data is available to online store employees, who can view personal data in order to resolve technical issues related to the use of the online store and provide customer support services.

The transfer of personal data to recipients who are processors of the online store (e.g. transport service providers and data hosting) takes place on the basis of contracts concluded between the online store and the processors. The processors are obliged to ensure appropriate safeguards when processing personal data in accordance with Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Access and correction of personal data

Personal data can be accessed and corrected in the online store user profile or through customer support. If the purchase has been made without a user account, personal data can be accessed through customer support. If the request for access to personal data has been submitted electronically, the information will also be provided through publicly available electronic means.

Withdrawal of consent

If the processing of personal data is based on the customer's consent, the customer has the right to withdraw consent under the customer account settings or by notifying customer support by email.

Storage

When closing an online store customer account, personal data will be deleted, except for personal data (purchase history data) that needs to be retained for accounting purposes or to resolve consumer disputes.

In the case of disputes related to payments and consumer disputes, personal data will be retained until the claim is satisfied or the statute of limitations expires.

Personal data contained in primary accounting documents will be retained for seven years.

Restriction

The client has the right to request restriction of the processing of their personal data if the data is incorrect or incomplete or if their personal data is processed unlawfully.

Objections

The client has the right to object to the processing of his or her personal data if he or she has reason to believe that there is no legal basis for the processing of his or her personal data.

Deletion

To delete personal data, you must contact customer support by e-mail. The deletion request will be responded to no later than within a month and the period for which the data will be deleted will be specified. The response to the request will also indicate which personal data will not be deleted and on what legal basis and reason.

Transfer

A request for the transfer of personal data submitted by e-mail will be responded to within one month at the latest. Customer support will verify the identity of the person and inform you of the personal data that is subject to transfer.

Direct marketing communications

The email address and phone number will be used to send direct marketing messages if the customer has given their consent. If the customer does not wish to receive direct marketing messages, they must select the appropriate link in the footer of the email or contact customer support.

If personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes (profiling), the customer has the right to object at any time to both the initial and further processing of their personal data, including profiling related to direct marketing, by notifying us by email: abi@seinakalendrid.ee
